A hidden staircase behind sliding doors leads to the first floor, where you'll find an ad­di­tio­nal living room with access to a wonderful terrace. From here, you can enjoy the sea views and watch the sun paint the horizon in golden tones as it sets over the water. A bedroom with a walk-in closet and a kit­che­net­te completes the first-floor amenities. The basement also holds de­light­ful surprises: an activity room with a pool table, a utility room with washing machines and dryers, another kit­che­net­te – and a practical fish-cleaning station that will surely please any fishing ent­hu­si­ast.
