Regardless of the season, spending your days in the stylish surroundings of the house with a direct view of the dunes is a great experience. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, and if it's chilly outside, the comfort and cozy atmosphere are also enhanced by the wood-burning stove in the living room and the sauna, which is adjacent to one of the bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen is integrated with the living room, and you and your loved ones can fill the bright room with play, cooking, board games, laughter, and good conversations from morning until darkness falls and the stars light up outside. And when it’s time for bed, you can look forward to sleeping well and long in the house’s four beautiful bedrooms.

The house's delightful terrace environment provides you and your family with the best conditions for enjoying the sunny weather and summer temperatures. The French doors in the living room can be opened wide, and you also have direct access to the outdoors from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, so you can move in and out as you please. By the sauna bathroom, there is an outdoor wellness area with a shower and hot tub, inviting you to total relaxation when you return from the day's activities. The outdoor kitchen makes it a wholehearted pleasure to cook outside in the fresh air, and the covered terrace area is ready for you to spend the last part of the evening in sheltered and still incredibly scenic surroundings.

The location is particularly attractive, as the house is quietly situated at the end of the closed Værmlandvej and just a short walk from the North Sea. From the terrace, a path leads you through the dunes to the beach's white sand and crashing waves, and since it’s no more than 50 meters away, you can easily go down several times a day to swim, build sandcastles with the children, or simply sit quietly in the magnificent landscape. From the holiday home, you also have easy access to Vejlby Klit's summer-open grocery store and the area’s playgrounds, and if you want to play mini-golf, fish in the nearest put & take lake, or take the local train to Thyborøn, these are ideal vacation activities.
