Two lofts provide ad­di­tio­nal space for both children and adults seeking a quiet moment. After a day of fresh sea air, you’ll love unwinding in the home’s wellness area, where both a spa and sauna are ready to restore your energy and help you fully relax.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, the house offers plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy life under the open sky. The large terrace invites you to sunbathe or enjoy relaxed dinners, and part of the terrace is covered, so you can still sit outside when the dew falls or the sun is high. For the youngest guests, there’s a fun play tower in the garden, and with lots of space around the house, kids can play freely while the dog runs around. This is a place to truly switch off – with the sound of the waves in the ba­ck­gro­und and the wind in the dunes as your only in­ter­rup­tion. With just 200 meters to the beach, it's easy to make several trips throug­hout the day – for a quick dip, a walk along the water or simply to enjoy the view.

Ho­rizon­vej is in western Vrist – a peaceful and scenic holiday home area close to both the dunes and the North Sea. With Vrist’s train stop within walking distance, it’s easy to explore further afield. Take the train to Lemvig for a day of shopping and cafés, or head towards Thyborøn to visit the Coastal Centre and soak in the authentic harbour at­mosp­he­re. Nearby, you’ll also find Ferring Lake, Bovbjerg Ligh­t­hou­se and a wealth of trails leading you through one of Denmark’s wildest and most cap­ti­vat­ing landsca­pes. Vrist Beach is known for its wide coastline and ever-changing North Sea, which never looks the same – and always invites new ex­pe­ri­en­ces, whether you’re seeking quiet moments or wind in your hair.
