Family-friendly and comfortable vacation home – with a personal recommendation from the owner

As the owner of this vacation home, I would like to welcome you to a place where the setting is perfect for relaxation, togetherness, and wonderful vacation experiences. The house is located just a few hundred meters from one of

Denmark's best beaches and is ideal for families with children.

The holiday home is newly built, very well insulated and equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms, an energy-efficient

air-to-water heat pump and a ventilation system with heat recovery. This provides a comfortable and

healthy indoor climate all year round. There is a TV in all rooms (4 in total), and the master bedroom has its own

bathroom.

The house is located in a cozy communal area with green spaces, where you can play ball games, play

and enjoy a communal campfire site. My impression is that many of the German guests who return to the Strandvænget area

in Odder know each other and appreciate the quiet, safe and social environment.

A short distance away, there is a swimming stadium and good excursion opportunities, and Aarhus with its sights,

shopping, and culture is only about 15 km away.
