Our holiday home is our second home, and you will always feel that it is a place we love to spend time during weekends and holidays. We enjoy being sur­ro­un­ded by nature and walking in the many beautiful landsca­pes around the holiday home, including Alrø and Sondrup Hills, to name just a few. For us, the holiday home is also a peaceful retreat where we slow down, relax, and enjoy simple pleasures such as making pancakes indoors or baking bread twists over the fire pit in the garden.

If you need a quiet moment, the view from the terrace or from the two armchairs in the living room will help you find complete calm. You can sit back and enjoy the tranquil­li­ty while taking in the sea view towards Horsens Fjord from two sides and watching the neighbour’s cows wander across the nearby meadows. The light changes throug­hout the day as the sun moves across the sky, and the sunsets over the water at Horsens Fjord are magical when enjoyed from the terrace, where you can sit outside for a long time without the terrace heater. When the sun has set and the terrace light is turned off, there are no stre­et­lights or other light pollution in the area, so the night sky appears beau­ti­ful­ly clear.Our children love running around on the terrace, which is ideal for playing tag, as well as in the garden and along the gravel road, where cars rarely pass.

We are happy to rent out our holiday home for a few weeks during the peak summer season, so others can also enjoy the ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Have a wonderful holiday.
