This house is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Odsherred, on a nice and secluded plot. On the big wooden terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening, and if the sun gets too much, you can roll out the awning on the east-facing as well as on the west-facing terrace.

Interior
Hallway with washing machine and heat pump plus access to five big bedrooms, all with double beds. Bathroom with shower cabinet and floor heating. Spacious bathroom with shower cabinet, floor heating and bath tub. Living room with access to wooden terrace with awning. Spacious open kitchen with dining section and wood burner as well as access to terrace facing east, south and west. At the north-facing house end you find an outdoor shower.

Location / the area
Nykøbing Sjælland is a part of the beautiful Geopark Odsherred, Denmark’s first UNESCO Geopark. Here you find an abundance of exciting sights and fantastic adventure-routes in the unique landscape. Like a walk to Skan­se­ha­ge or around the idyllic Dybesø Lake. At the harbour in Rørvig, the children can fish crabs, while you shop for fresh fish, and you can also take the small cosy ferry to Hundested. Rørvig offers many really good re­stau­rants, and during summer, the popular flea market takes place every Sunday morning. In Nykøbing Sjælland there is excellent shopping with several in­de­pen­dent shops selling local produce and art works. Hempel Glass Museum at Anneberg with the workshop Glas­Spi­ren for children, Anneberg Culture Park with art and concerts or Odsherred Museum with the history of the region are certainly also worth a visit. The children will love a day at the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland which has been elected Denmark’s best activity for children.

Seal safari, seaweed safari or an evening cruise at sea, arranged by the local nature school, are certainly also acti­vi­ties to be highly recom­men­ded.
