Our lovely cottage is located at the end of a road in peaceful and scenic sur­ro­un­dings

Just 200 meters from the beach, where a re­fres­hing dip is highly recom­men­ded. In the evening, you can often hear the waves crashing on the beach as large boats sail by.

The beach also offers good fishing op­portu­ni­ties.

The property has a large wooden terrace with plenty of op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the sun or retreat into the shade under the canopy of our com­fortab­le lounge set.

Behind the house is forest and nature, and the area has many trails that invite you to take lovely walks – both in the cottage area and along the beach.

In 2025, the house was fitted with a new bathroom, new kitchen, and new flooring throug­hout, giving it a modern, bright, and inviting ap­pea­ran­ce.

The garden is fenced in, except at the driveway, but wire mesh is available that can be rolled out as needed. The summer house is therefore suitable for both two- and four-legged guests.

It is only a few minutes' drive to Øer Ferieby and Ebeltoft town, where you will find a wealth of at­tra­ctions, cozy cafés, and good shopping op­portu­ni­ties.
